Who am.I
I didn't find myself. I built her from scratch.
Then I built a framework from everything it took.
I'm Lucy.
I'm a qualified EFT and Matrix Reimprinting practitioner, emotional intelligence specialist and the creator of the FART framework.
I was sectioned as a teenager. I've been through court battles, PND, toxic relationships and survival mode so deep I forgot what solid ground felt like.
I'm a solo mum of three. I home educate my children. I own a rage room — four of them — where people come every weekend to release what they've been carrying for years.
I also contract with a children's home working on staff dynamics, behaviour and emotions.
I didn't learn this from a textbook.
I lived it. Survived it. Qualified in it. Built a business from it.
That's not a qualification on a wall.
That's credibility you can't fake.
I understand what's happening underneath your reactions, your patterns and your relationships — because I've done the deepest possible inside job on my own.
Now I do it with others.
